Located on a corner lot in a Houston subdivision, the design takes advantage of it’s open site with a L-shape configuration to ensure ample natural light and cross ventilation. An elevated front porch creates a bold podium while grounding the structure and giving it strong street presence.  

The open concept layout of the kitchen, dining, and living area are configured around two existing large oak trees. Outdoor living was maximized with a covered patio and pool with integrated water feature.

The home’s exterior is comprised of pronounced horizontal lines with a various mix of materials including wood, brick, and fiber cement panels.
