Designed for a family of four, efficiency is one of the key elements to the overall planning of this house situated on a tight urban lot. Marked by a Scandinavian influence, the minimal design reflects a refined level of spare elegance including light colored finishes, simple forms, and open-plan spaces. A covered patio on the second level with floor-to-ceiling glass located at the front of the house serves as the front porch and like a lantern, glows at night.
