Located on a corner lot along a busy street this home looks inward to a lush backyard with a large pool, covered patio, and “THE” oak tree. Two large oak trees are a primary reason the homeowners purchased this property, one in the front and one at the back. The siting of the house and overall massing was driven by these two trees. Another driving force for this project is multigenerational living which is on the rise and becoming the new normal for many families.
